Position Location: Herndon, VA
STS is seeking an Outreach Lead/On-boarding Manager to help establish, run and scale our program for Inventory additions to a large Government e-Commerce platform. This position will report to the Principal of Product Leadershipand will be responsible for executing backlog conversion including digital and physical outreach across a variety of media, from qualified leads to on-boarded. This role will work closely with Inventory-side demand management and Consumer-side marketing to hone value propositions and drive prospect engagement. This role will also partner with operational and product leads to ensure new customers are properly handed-off and activated on the platform, including coordination of intake information and any enhancements/features that may be needed to add to existing functionality. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and passionate about helping us create and grow a high-performing engagement and on-boarding function within a fast-growing enterprise.
